We are collecting donations to help fund most recent appeal which we believe is a real viable chance to bring Dominic home where he belongs.
As you may know in July of 2011, DOMINIC HENLEY, along with other members of the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle club was indicted for alleged Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) activities. There were 4 charges levied against Dominic. Before the alleged federal charges, he had never been incarcerated and had no criminal history.
On December 7, 2012, MR HENLEY was acquitted of the Count II and Count III the indictment, but incorrectly convicted on Count I and Count XIII. He was sentenced to 17 years in prison and has been fighting for his truth to be heard and justice ever since.
We maintain, supported by the evidence presented during the trial, that MR HENLEY was innocent of ALL charges AND SHOULD BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY.
Furthermore, due to tactics of misinformation and misleading statements to the jury by the prosecution, and an inadequate defense Dominic could not receive a fair trial. To that end we ask for your support in helping Dominic fund his fight to the appeals process to gain his freedom.
